Our Staff

At Advanced Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, we take great pride in providing compassionate, personalized care. As our staff has been with us for many years, returning patients feel at home in our warm, inviting office.

MaryLynn Burns, R.N., B.S.N., is a graduate of the Thomas Jefferson University School of Nursing and has worked with Dr. Rabson for 12 years, assisting in both the operating room and office. MaryLynn aids Dr. Rabson in providing daily patient care and plays a primary role in the office, performing cosmetic consultations and scheduling appointments.

Denise Smith-Kelley, R.N., is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College School of Nursing and has worked with Dr. Rabson for 10 years. Denise assists Dr. Rabson with major cosmetic surgeries in the Blue Bell Surgery Center as well as in the office. A vital member of our staff, she also performs cosmetic surgery consultations and schedules patients.

Mary T. Chatburn is the Clinical Aesthetician for the practice. She has certifications in Blue Peel, Micro Dermabrasion, Glycolic and Lactic Peels, numerous designer Peels as well as Fotofacial treatments and Hair Removal.

Regina McCann is the practice Office Manager and Surgical Coordinator. Regina has many years experience in the healthcare environment. Regina provides both managerial and surgical scheduling skills for the office. With Regina’s assistance, patients are scheduled for procedures in both a hospital and surgical center facility. Each patient is guided through the scheduling process with personalized care.

Blue Bell Surgery Center

Our fully accredited ambulatory surgery center provides same-day surgical care with reasonable costs and savings to patients, insurance carriers, and employers. The center is located on Township Line Road in Blue Bell and is convenient to both Dr. Rabson’s office and other local medical facilities. The convenience of the center allows patients to spend less time away from home and family and is accommodating to patient schedules. Along with Dr. Rabson, the center has a quality staff dedicated to providing excellent care in a personalized and compassionate environment.
